RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, and a further 14 days to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You (the customer) is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product(s) to the seller.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can contact the seller to remedy or reimburse. Please provide evidence of any damage or issues when contacting us.

Refunds

Refunds are the responsibility of the seller. Where your request is valid and accepted by the Seller, any refund will be made within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Seller was notified of your withdrawal decision, directly by the Third Party Payment Provider.
