Elderflower Highball

London Dry Gin, Elderflower, Lime, Fresh-cut-grass Essence
Designed to be paired with a mixer, our Elderflower Highball is the perfect alternative to your classic gin & tonic. It features a fruity and floral profile with delicate green botanicals and subtle perfumed notes.
It is a perfect combination of fresh and vibrant elderflower, zesty lime and aromatic gin, to which we add a fresh-cut grass-essence in low amounts, to lift and brighten up the other flavours, adding depths and refreshment to this long drink.
This drink features moderate acidity and sweetness, making it versatile to be paired with different mixers (flavoured sodas, flavoured tonic, ginger ale, prosecco, etc.).
Keep refrigerated. Pour 70ml-100ml in a highball glass over ice cubes. Top up with chilled soda, tonic, or your favourite mixer (we like equal parts), stir gently and garnish with a slice of lemon or lime if desired. Enjoy!
